FEATURES

📏 How big is a Retold Bag?

Each Retold bag can hold up to 5 lbs. Bag dimensions are 15.5 x 17.5 x 4” thats about the size of a pillow case.  
*Please note there is an additional 1.5" wide adhesive strip that folds over to seal the bag.

🧦 What can go into a Retold Bag? 

Any and all textile! Chewed up dog toy? Lost sock? We take it all! We request that you give all textiles a good wash and dry before packing them!

Okay I really like this service because they don’t reward with more consumerism! However- would like a bigger bag. I love that the bag is compostable - it didn’t feel like it would survive the shipping process? It’s probably fine? Shipping to receive the bags took awhile with no tracking, so since I had never used the service I was worried I was getting scammed. Not worry they came!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we experienced a shipping delay around the time you placed your order, and we sincerely apologize for the longer-than-expected wait.

We can confirm that our bags hold up well during shipping. In fact, we recently received some great photos from USPS showing a truckload of bags arriving at our recycling facility. Keep an eye on our social media channels—we’ll be sharing them soon!

Small bag, big difference!
I had sweaters with holes and rips in them, things you just could not donate and it felt great to put them in the bag knowing they would be reused or recycled appropriately. TY for the peace of mind!
