Any special talents?
Shopping. If there was an Olympics for shopping, particularly bargain hunting, I would be a gold medallist many times over.

If you were stranded on a deserted island and could only bring one thing, what would it be?
Mascara. (and my daughter, Alta, obv!)

What would you name your boat / band / thoroughbred horse?
I grew up fishing with my grandpa in his boats and I am not sure why none of them ever had names?! However, I would name my boat the Margarita June. My mum and my Grandma are both Margarets and they were both born on June 16 (Plus, I love a Margarita!)

What’s the scariest / hardest thing you’ve ever done?
Deciding to have a baby by myself!

What is your spirit animal (or plant?!) and why?
Well I do love our RETOLD spirit plant, the Lambs Ear!! Its an in joke between the 3 of us! But I love a Lady Bug / Lady Bird. When they show up in my life its like a wink from the Universe that I am on the right path. I notice them everywhere and when one shows up in my house, something awesome always happens to/for me!

Why Retold? (As in, why did you want to start this business?)
Retold was born out of my frustration of not having one easy way to get old or unwanted clothes out of my home and do good for the environment at the same time. The big picture is that Retold makes you more mindful of your environmental footprint and changes your behavior in a more micro way - by thinking about minimizing landfill, buying quality garments that will last years, choosing sustainable brands when you shop, up-cycling fashion and prioritizing recycling of all household items! All one yellow and green bag at a time!! <3
